They open at 1030 but never put food all out till 11am. They watch you as you get your food, in fact they are too close to you when you are trying to fill your plate. Tables are dirty. BEWARE...definitely a health department issue !!!! Recently changed named to Hibachi Sushi Buffet because health dept closed tin tinSeptember 03, 2016
